A good day! Went for a long walk and finished it with a walk across the frozen waterfowl park. Maybe 8 or 9 kilometres. Recorded food on livestrong. Knee is still bothering me. 244.7 lbs today.

I am thankful for luck being with me when I play cards boldly. I am thankful for teaching when it is actually helping kids learn or become inspired. I am thankful for my sweetie, who cooks great fish tacos. I love my kids. I love my puppy.
