The scale said 244.9 today!  That’s 14.6 pounds in eighteen days!   I am trying to eat closer to my daily caloric allowance.    I am liking the quaker rice cakes  as they help fight off serious hunger cravings.

My knee is still twingey.

Went for a casual walk top the grocery store with Finn and Paula -= maybe 50 minutes.  I will probably have to go to the gym this weekend to do some core work as I am missing the yoga.

I have lost a size on my belt and am on my way to another.

Feels good.

I can tie my boots without losing my breath.
