I am thankful for having some this blog, as it holds me to some sort of standard, and sometimes, having some sort of standard can help one form going completely off the rails.
Valentine’s day
A great day for activity. A couple hours of snow shovelling. An hour of snow -shoeing. Jambalaya for supper. Mousse for dessert. Cold vino blanco. Recorded it all on livestrong.

gracias por duolingo y mi lecciones de espagnol! I also started the duolingo Russian lessons today. Maybe someday we will go on the Trans-Siberian Railway. I am grateful for this blizzard and the incredibly dramatic snowfall.
back on track
took the Plexus today and the cravings went away. It is either in my head or that is amazing stuff! A great day for food. Well under the calorie limit. Recorded everything on livestrong. No exercise but I have a feeling that a serious amount of snow shovelling is coming my way...
