Wednesday
I am grateful each and every time I see my dog fly through the fields. Mallard were out tonight and the field was quiet, so I could hear their feathers slicing through the air as they went past. Amazing! Little crawly things creeped under the grass... cool.

Friday night…
I am grateful and relieved to have had a significant bowel movement for the first time in nearly two weeks!! I continue to be grateful for Song's Chopsticks bibimbap and dumplings on Friday nights. I am blessed with a wonderful family and the chance to spend time with them, even if it is electronically.

Great day. Hiked through the field with Mister and his neighbourly friend Fiver,then went for a hike through the town with just the two of us. Good day for calories as well. Still not functioning well internally, but otherwise feel great. Recorded it all on LS.
Fool’s day
Hawks are beautiful low altitude flyers. A couple of wing beats followed by long lilting glides a metre or two above the grass. Small white birds with black spots were everywhere.
