It is almost supper time. I just finished yoga Revolution – Day 2. Paula and I went for a long windy walk before that.
Drinking lots of water. Peeing lots.
ate an entire bag of dried apples today. my bowels will be sorry tomorrow.
Feeling more energetic.
Sleeping a bit better, but am still taking two Super Sleep tablets before bed.
Cough seems a little better today.
I am looking forward to supper.
