A reasonable day. A good long walk with Paula and Mister. recorded some of my food on livestrong but not my SuperBowl snacks. Have to get refocussed tomorrow. Scale said 237.9. Call me out on the livestrong people!!!!

Oh what a morning of diarrhea does for the scales! Yesterday morning that is. Had a good day calorie-wise and went for an hour long walk this evening with Finn and Polly. I was very tired at work today. Recorded everything on livestrong
