I am glad it was warm this afternoon. I am thankful to be able to play with my dog. The full moon was starkly beautiful this morning as it lit the clouds.

BMs are 'moving' toward normalcy. Way over on calories, however, it was a very active day. Not much over, if my estimates are close to being accurate. All recorded on LS.

Friday night…
I am grateful and relieved to have had a significant bowel movement for the first time in nearly two weeks!! I continue to be grateful for Song's Chopsticks bibimbap and dumplings on Friday nights. I am blessed with a wonderful family and the chance to spend time with them, even if it is electronically.
