The clouds in the sky are coral pink and beautiful at the moment, and I am grateful for this.

I love walking with my dog and just being with him.  Tonight there were little yellow birds on branches in the Sackville Waterfowl Park.  The Red Winged Blackbirds sang beautifully.

I was thinking of simple pleasures earlier.   How wonderful the first aroma of French Roast coffee is in the morning and how deeply satisfying the first mouthful. What a joy to have in life!

Life is calm and quiet and we all deserve joy.
