A good day.   Not enough water throughout.

I was keenly hungry until I got to the dentist’s office, where I had to have a filling replaced.   My fear of the drill kicked in and I forgot all about my rumbling stomach.

I was 231.7 on the scale this morning, and I was well under my net calorie allotment on livestrong tonight.

Had a good long walk with Paula and Finn
