Went down to Wallace to work of the bungalow.  Not a stellar day for food – not being in control of your menu is a challenge.   Drank a bit of Whiskey.

No Plexus today for the first time since September.   Hmm..I have noticed a distinct lack of willpower and giving in to random food cravings.
