Today was a good day. Big breakfast – eggs benedict, hashbrowns, coffee, fruit. A couple of pieces of dry rye bread. Big supper at our friends’ place. Excellent roast beef ( had seconds,)sweet potatoes, brussels sprouts, potaotes, two rolls. Two rum and cokes and a glass of white wine. Greek yogourt. Easily drank eight cups of water. Peed a lot.
Walked six clicks with Paula and Finn. Spent a half hour on my cycling trainer. Did twenty minutes of yoga.
Left lung still a bit bubbly. The cough continues.
Joints feel good.
