March 20th
Today was another good day. Scale said 232.4 which was up a bit, but it was pre- bowel movement, and that is a good sign. Had a good long walk with my boy. Great day on the caloric count. Everything has been recorded on LS.
Sleepover
We went to Halifax to have a hotel sleepover with our daughter Sarah. Did reasobaly well on food all things considered. Small walk today with the dog. Nothing on livestrong due to road trip. Back to normal tomorrow.

The scale continues to be good to me. An all right day. a little over on the calorie count, but not by much. Recorded all on livestrong.

Down we go... where it stops, I do not know...yet! I believe this is my lowest so far. Today was a good day. I am below my caloric limit. Enjoyed a 70 minute walk with my son. I have been faithfully continuing with Plexus. Getting results cetainly helps with motivation!

A good day. Slightly over on calorie count, but a good day. All recorded on livestrong. Weight dropping back to pre-Dominican Republic quickly. Now at 233.5 this morning.
