- selfless people who do acts of kindness – at our NS property I threw out an old basketball hoop. my neighbour took it and bought a net for it. he then researched regulation backboard dimensions and built a backboard, painted it and mounted it at a neighbouring boy’s home. go Roger!
- knowing when your hangry, today i done got hangry in a big way. the world became a bleak place. yet i was somehow aware of my hanger and struggles through it. this was new for me and for once, nobody else suffered .
