I am grateful and relieved to have had a significant bowel movement for the first time in nearly two weeks!!

I continue to be grateful for Song’s Chopsticks bibimbap and dumplings on Friday nights.

I am blessed with a wonderful family and the chance to spend time with them, even if it is electronically.
