Back at focussing on the goal after a week in the Dominican Republic.   Gained a bit of weight back but did pretty well considering it was vacation time.  Presidente Cerveza in liter bottles and cheap rum were the main contributing factors.

A good day today, being our first full day back in NB.  Everything back on Livestrong.
