Scallops are my favourite seafood.  Over lobster.  Over shrimp  .Over halibut.  Over haddock or sockeye.  Over all.  I am thankful for scallops.   I am thankful for how incredibly delicious they are and for what a cool animal they are – all the eyes and they way they can propel themselves by clapping their shells together :  Goodbye predatory starfish!  Better luck next time – fucker!
