I hereby resolve…
to write daily in 2017
to be thankful daily for the rest of my life
to lose a minimum of six pounds per month in 2017
to do cardio exercise at least five times per week in 2017
to do other exercise at least three times per week in 2017
to eat a more balanced diet in 2017, despite not loving vegetables
to drink at least eight cups of water per day in 2017
